Melody Moore
Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Melody Moore is the Founder and CEO of MooreCars, LLC, a family-owned, certified DBE company providing janitorial services, vehicle detailing, facilities maintenance, and grounds cleaning services across multiple States. Since establishing the company in 2004, she has grown MooreCars, LLC into a multifaceted service organization supporting transportation systems, municipalities, and private-sector clients.

Prior to launching MooreCars, LLC, Melody spent 16 years in corporate banking at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo), where she developed expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, employee development, customer relations, and business systems management.

To address the COVID-19 epidemic, MooreCars, LLC created PurifiedPros, a division focused on professional sanitation and specialized cleaning services for businesses, public facilities, and transportation systems.

Over the past two decades, Melody Moore and her husband, Gary Williams, have built MooreCars, LLC into a multigenerational family enterprise, bringing two of their children and two grandchildren into the business.

Today, MooreCars, LLC maintains long-standing partnerships with organizations including Transdev, Palm Tran Connection, Avis Budget Group, and Parking Concepts Inc. (PCI).

Melody serves on the Executive Board of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and graduated cum laude from Montreat College with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.


Gary Williams
Chief Operating Officer

Gary Williams serves as Chief Operating Officer of MooreCars, LLC, where he works closely with his wife, Founder and CEO Melody Moore, to oversee company operations, support field teams, and help guide the organization’s continued growth and operational performance.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Gary served at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Following his military service, he held leadership roles directing several substance-abuse programs and later served as Clinical Director of the Northern Division of TumEst, Inc., where he oversaw compliance, human resources, operations, property management, and community outreach initiatives.

Gary later spent more than 20 years with The City University of New York (CUNY) specializing in telecommunications, videoconferencing, and distance learning systems. He played an important role in developing and maintaining the university’s multi-campus distance learning network and also served as Shop Steward for his local AFL-CIO union, representing more than 80 colleagues. During the final years of his tenure, he also worked as a Network Data Analyst with ILX Systems, a division of Thomson Financial, supporting domestic and international communications networks.

His experience in operations management, technology systems, and team leadership helps strengthen the operational structure and service delivery of MooreCars, LLC.

Melody Compton serves as the President of MooreCars, LLC, a family-owned, certified DBE specializing in janitorial services, vehicle detailing, maintenance, and grounds cleaning. She also oversees operations for the company’s PurifiedPros division, which provides specialized cleaning and sanitation services. In her leadership role, Melody is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with both established and prospective clients.

With nearly two decades of experience in sales and business development, Melody has worked with nationally recognized brands including Hard Rock Cafe, Oakwood Corporate Housing, and Avis Budget Group. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences for businesses and communities of all sizes.

As President, Melody works closely with clients and operational teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. She places particular emphasis on understanding each client’s goals through an initial needs-assessment process, allowing the company to tailor services that align with operational objectives and service expectations.

Melody’s expertise spans nearly every aspect of sales and service operations, including employee training and management, inventory control, service efficiency, and long-term client relationship development. Her passion for service excellence continues to help drive growth and operational success across both MooreCars, LLC and PurifiedPros. Melody attended Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina.


Nisha Fuller Administrative & HR Mangager

Nisha Fuller serves as the Administrative and HR Manager for Moorecars LLC, a family-owned, certified DBE company providing vehicle detailing, maintenance, and grounds cleaning services. She also supports operations for its PurifiedPros division, which specializes in construction cleaning and general trades services. In her role, Nisha helps support the company’s multinational operations, ensuring strong administrative and human resource support across the organization.

Nisha oversees recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and integrating new employees into the PurifiedPros family business culture. She also plays an active role in monitoring operations across service locations while helping build and maintain long-term relationships with both established and prospective clients.

With more than a decade of management experience with MooreCars, LLC, Nisha has developed a strong reputation for leadership, operational coordination, and supporting the company’s continued growth and service excellence.

Nisha holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Atlanta Metropolitan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Management with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Clayton State University. Her professional strengths include customer service, sales and marketing, client and vendor relationship management, staff training and policy development, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks, and payroll processing.


Amaya Anderson
Florida Field Coordinator & Site Lead Support

Amaya Anderson serves as the Florida Field Coordinator and Site Lead Support for MooreCars, LLC a family-owned, certified DBE providing vehicle detailing, maintenance, and grounds cleaning services, and its PurifiedPros division, which specializes in construction cleaning, general trades support, and facilities services.

In her role, Amaya supports field operations across Florida by assisting site leads and management teams in maintaining efficient daily operations and ensuring service standards are consistently met. She plays an important role in helping maintain clean, safe, and organized environments for clients while supporting team coordination and quality control across multiple locations.

In 2024, Amaya earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Promotional Studies. Her academic background supports her strong understanding of communication, team dynamics, and organizational behavior.

She is also a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where she developed a strong appreciation for leadership, service, and community engagement. Amaya’s cross-cultural awareness contributes to promoting inclusivity, encouraging collaboration, and supporting respectful relationships among employees, clients, and partners.


Sabrina Moore
Field Supervisor / Site Lead

Sabrina Moore serves as Field Supervisor/Site Lead for MooreCars, LLC, a family-owned, certified DBE company specializing in janitorial services, vehicle detailing, maintenance, and grounds cleaning. She also supports operations for its PurifiedPros division, which provides construction cleaning and general trades support services.

With over a decade of experience in customer service, sales, and account management, Sabrina brings strong leadership and operational expertise to her role. She oversees day-to-day field operations with a focus on team development, operational efficiency, and delivering consistently high-quality service.

Prior to joining MooreCars, LLC Sabrina served as an Account Manager with Windstream Communications, where she was trusted to support small business clients across multiple markets and consistently exceeded sales and service performance expectations.

Her commitment to service excellence supports MooreCars, LLC’s mission of maintaining clean, safe, and well-managed environments for the communities and clients the company serves.
